BRENT LOKASH

Brent Lokash has been an active part of the Vancouver and Whistler lifestyle since 1990. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1995 and practiced municipal and administrative law with Jonathan Baker & Associates until 2005. From 2005 until 2016, Mr. Lokash continued his law practice as a sole practitioner, focusing on public company and financing transactions. During this time, Brent gained valuable mergers, acquisitions and business experience through his roles as lead counsel and as a member of the executive team in diverse businesses including resources, beverages and funeral services.

Brent also has extensive experience investing in private timberlands and was a founder, director and executive of Jemi Fibre Corp., a publicly traded company which sold to CanWel Building Materials Group in 2016. In his spare time, Brent likes to do fun stuff (skiing and biking included)!
