Greg Diamond provides you with local legal knowledge with a personal, service-oriented approach, and a focus on practical and strategic solutions tailored to you. He is a responsive and results-oriented lawyer who is a trusted member of the community.

Greg began his legal career in 1993 at a large Vancouver firm focusing on civil litigation, including personal injury and employment matters. Starting in 1996, Greg worked as a Crown Prosecutor throughout the Lower Mainland and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor for seven years with Crown Counsel. In this role, he prosecuted all types of offenses, such as assault, impaired driving and various other offences. In doing so, he conducted hundreds of trials in the Provincial and Supreme Court.

In 2004, Greg left the Crown to start Double Diamond Law in Whistler. Since then, Greg has represented a wide variety of individuals and companies in the Sea-to-Sky corridor, practicing in the areas of Criminal Law (Impaired Driving, Assault, Theft, Controlled Substances), and Employment Law (Contracts, Termination), Personal Injury (Slip-and-fall, Sports Collisions), and Family Law (Separation, Divorce, Co-habitation Agreements (“pre-nup”), Child Support and Parenting Time). In doing so, Greg has appeared at all levels of the British Columbia Courts and before various tribunals.

Outside of the office, Greg is active in charitable work, and enjoys various activities such as telemark skiing, mountain biking, hiking, travel, as well as great food and wine. He is a former university gymnast and takes pride in the hundreds of thousands of trees he planted in Northern Ontario during his university years.

Greg Diamond has been a full-time resident of Whistler BC since 1997 and has been actively involved in various aspects of the community throughout his time here.
